The role of Customer Service Representative requires someone with extensive experience in customer relations, who can take ownership of ensuring that their associated clients are well looked-after and satisfied with their relationship with the Royal Basketball School. A strong applicant will have the inherent ability to identify and solve issues without unnecessarily escalating them, as well as to connect with clients on a human level and make them feel valued.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive service to enquiring customers through phone and email.
- Take ownership of customer issues related to processes, services, and billing, and follow through to resolution.
- Manage customers’ accounts and keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
- Process payments and disputes and follow-up on clients with due payments.
- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ working experience in Customer Service and Sales.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service support.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with customer service software, databases, and other virtual tools.
- A high degree of proficiency with English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
Compensation
USD 4.50 - USD 5.50 per hour.
Basketball Coach

Being a Basketball Coach with Royal requires someone with extensive experience coaching, who can take ownership of ensuring that their students excel and hone their skills, while keeping with the Royal way. A strong applicant will have the inherent ability to teach and lead, as well as to work as part of a team towards a common goal.
Responsibilities
- Teach the fundamentals of basketball through effective planned practices at the appropriate skill level for each group, between the ages of 4 years old to 14 years old.
- Teach sportsmanship, cooperation, and team building.
- Set up a practice area, with the necessary equipment.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere and serve as a role model to the players.
- Ensure a safe practice environment for the players.
- Manage equipment (basketballs, cones, etc.)
- Game coaching/refereeing/officiating.
Requirements
- Must have a functional command and knowledge of the game of basketball and be willing to take direction and instruction from senior coaches in the program if need be.
- Must be capable of teaching boys and girls between the ages of 4-14.
- Basketball experience- College Level or above.
- Coaching experience of at least 2 years
- Experience working with kids- at least 2 years.
This is a part-time position, working with a company based in Los Angeles, California. Please apply only if you have the necessary experience to fulfill the role requirements. Previous experience with working as a basketball coach is essential, but voluntary experience will be considered as well.
Compensation
$20.50 per hour

Gym Assistant

The role of Gym Assistant requires someone with a customer-centric approach and sales acumen, who can truly be an ambassador for the School. A strong applicant will have the inherent ability to recognize and address concerns, be great with children, and have the ability to manage their own time and stay accountable.
Responsibilities
- rovide the "Royal" customer service experience to all children, parents, coaches and other non-members at the facility.
- Create an excellent first impression of the company by providing a warm welcome, and by maintaining a pleasant disposition at all times.
- Maintain order by tracking and monitoring students' attendance using the provided tools.
- Handle group class registrations, drop-in class, and other programs offered by the School.
- Communicate with first-timers to understand their experience and try to sign them up for a program.
- Respond to any concerns patiently and with an open mind.
- Help organize and set up the gym area for practice.
Requirements
- Experience with client relations and/or sales is highly valued.
- Experience being a receptionist.
- Accountable and always ready to help.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people.
