As a mother of three, she's dedicated to children's causes and often addresses local schools. She serves as a mentor to fellow businesswomen and sets an inspiring example. Yulia graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in coaching from the Russian State University of Physical Culture of Sports and Tourism, and she also holds a Master's Degree in journalism from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Her remarkable basketball career took off at the Moscow Olympic School when she was just 13, leading to a successful professional journey in the sport.

JAMES CAWTHORNE
HEAD OF BASKETBALL OPERATIONS
James attended Cal State Dominguez Hills on a full-ride athletic scholarship. During his sophomore year, he helped lead the school to its first CCAA league title in over 20 years.
In his senior year, the team won CCAA League Title again and achieved the best record in school history. At CSUDH he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance.
After college James has stayed involved with the game of basketball by coaching and refereeing at the high school level. His passion is to give back to the game of basketball to help generations to become great players and greater people.
